Since 1890, Auzier Chabernac sells traditionnaly soft licorice, pure gum Acacia, Marshmallows, fine confectionery, sugar free confectionery, and organic confectionery. In 1939, there was 6 makers of licorice in Montpellier. Nowadays, Auzier Chabernac is the last maker of this tradition. Auzier Chabernac keep his authenticity by enriching his licorice range, and also, by developing a new organic range and contract of manufacturing.

BIERES ARTISANALES MEDUZ, Booth 5A SS 051

Founded in August 2012, the Brasserie Artisanale Meduz brews and markets craft beers developed in the spirit of Belgian beers and northern France beers by our Brewer. In 2021, they produced 2500 hectoliters of beer that have been sold to our individual customers, professionals and organizations. Their production capacity is of about 5,000 hectoliters. Their range of beers: 2 pale beers, 2 amber beers, 2 wheat beers and one stout beer are packaged in 33cl bottles, in 75cl bottles and 30 liter kegs. Their top fermented beers are filtered and non pasteurized.
